All I see  is a listing for F96 Power Groove fluorescents. (which are out of stock)
So I don't see what I'm supposed to be mad at??
Or is it the fact they don't have any??

Nothing to be mad at, while there is nothing in stock and they don't know if there will be in the future, this feature is actually helpful in obtaining products on amazon that are correctly identified, and it's easier if your a seller, you just click the link on the page that reads "Have one to sell?" and most of the work is instantly done for you, so you don't need to waste hours doing the work and making the item cost more for the buyer, and as a buyer we don't have to figure out what white long tubular light your attempting to sell from the vague to often inaccurate descriptions some people put on there items if they are left to do it themself.

Could be fake advertisements. Once you ordered something from Amazon, or eBay that you wanted, and then its not the right item that you got, once the package comes to your door. It happened to me, and I was angry.

If you buy something that isn't as advertised you are within your rights to return it and get your money back.

We've had that, but if it's faulty or wrongly described they have to, it's within your consumer rights.

Even if the listing says "no returns" you can still file a 'not as described' claim & the seller has to take it back.

They might, so you don't have to return it, the Credit card company will stop the payment and return it to you and you get to keep what ever surprise they sent you then, and you can do the same with paypal as well...

If you can't resolve the matter between yourself and the seller within 28 days then you can ask ebay to step on and sort it out.
