I buy on ebay sometimes but usually for bulbs I'll order some in from a place in Markham. 1000bulbs does not seem to offer shipping to Canada.

I usually use eBay for old discontinued stuff that I can't order from a retailer. For more current stuff, I just order them in from some of the lighting suppliers in my area or wait until I encounter it at Restore.

They do ship to Canada using the Global shipping programme, I think the same as eBay. Shipping to Canada is astronomically high, though. If you're ordering, it makes more sense to have a large order otherwise you'll end up paying more for shipping than for merchandise. I've ordered from them once as I could not find what I was looking for on eBay. Good service and I got what I wanted (starter sockets and GX23 lamp holders).

I noticed in the coloured bulb section on 1000 bulbs that they have coloured S14 lamps. The glass is painted but it has standard white LED filaments inside so these should like very classic.

When looking at my cart, it wont let me put a Canadian postal code in, it was a US Zip only

If I remember correctly, you must not use the regular checkout. There is an international checkout that links to the proper channels for outside the USA. It has been about two years since I ordered from them, so it could have changed.
