Road projects, future plans, and stuff....sometimes when roads are widened they move it....well some electric companies will remove it and replace it with a new one (such as HPS) so if a MV one was moved your lucky!

the light they moved was a Nema Head,and yes it was mercury vapor,175 watts to be excact,they also got rid of the long double guy wire arm,and put it on a newer,shorter arm.
