Definitely not LPS, I suppose you might just fit a 10W LPS in there, but the colour is all wrong, they don't even look like HPS.

To me it looks like a very generic fixture format, in different variant hosting virtually all types of light sources: Incandescents, selfballasted CFL's, separate ballast CFLs, MVs, HPS, MH, inductions, so there is no reason why there can not be any variant for some lower wattage LPS.
