Beta Alanine for Workouts...? « on: October 07, 2018, 10:01:33 AM » Author: suzukir122
I've been doing research on Beta Alanine... apparently it can increase Carnosine, which significantly reduces
Lactic Acid. Lactic Acid is responsible for causing muscle fatigue during workouts or other strenuous activities.
For me, that's a big deal because when I weight-lift, I experience muscle fatigue very quickly... especially during
ab workouts.

My question is: Does anyone here take Beta Alanine daily in an effort to improve workouts? If so, would you recommend it?
