I want generate O 3, and I need a high ouput lamp. The MH lamps have a very high ouput  , but I dont know about the MH spectrum or generates UV-C and O 3Please help me

I think they do but all of the UV-C is absorbed by the outer glass envelope.

If you take out the outer jacket, you will have some UV emission, however you will also lose the insulating properties of the fill gas. The arc tube might have difficulty warming up to full output. I'm not sure about you, but having a bare MH arc tube running sounds scary, not only because of the UV but also because of the operating temperature.
What's the project and how do you plan to mount said lamp, if you don't mind my asking ?

I want to use the lamp in a sealed metal barrel, and pass some water and clear that and diluid the O 3 whith some other process, the lamp will be insulated with a quartz protector, but i think it can break because of the water splashing. Sounds crazy.

What about using a commercially available UV water sterilizer ? They have a UV-permeable quartz tube to house the lamp. They are available in different sizes, some quite large for water treatment plants.

The high pressure arc is hugely inefficient in generating any short wave UV. An 8W water treatment lamp will generate more of it than a 400W MH, plus without any risk associated with high pressure and seals compromised by the atmospheric oxygen.

Thanks. but, i can use my 15w TUV low-iron content tubes for clean the water? Or a mercury vapor lamp less than 100w?

The water cleaning lamps do generate quite a lot of ozone. They are designed to operate tightly surrounded by a quartz tube with the treated water around, so with very little air flow to form the ozone, while the hard UV is desired to disinfect the water. So when operated in air, they form quite a lot of ozone although not specifically designed for that. But what you need the ozone for? It is nothing healthy to be near by...

If you need large amounts of ozone, I would imagine it would be for some kind of industrial process. You should then have access to a team of engineers and consultants that know where to get proper ozone generation equipment as well as suggestions for proper protection etc.
Otherwise, like Medved said, ozone is harmful and it is not something to play with. Be careful.
