Anyone interested in music heard in vintage video games from the Super Nintendo, Nintendo GameCube, etc.?  I’m instantly reminded of my childhood when I hear music from my favorite games. Seems like many of the old Nintendo games had amazing soundtracks and completed the whole experience.

Whenever I was playing video games I always used to turn the music off, as it was invariably a synthesised rendition of music that I had heard elsewhere and it ruined it for me.

That’s so cool!  I never got into the Zelda games too much, but I realize they are some of the finest games made with amazing storylines, graphics, and of course music. Thanks for sharing this link!  Sometimes I fantasize about my life having background video game music. It would certainly make things more interesting 

Music is such an amazing way to time travel and reminisce about simpler times 

This track is from the Dublin, Ireland stage in the Mario is Missing PC game. If I could choose background music for myself, this would be it. Kind of laid back and yet dignified too   Has the vintage video game charm.
