They are not yours.! They still belong to whoever installed them, you cannot take things without permission, as that is theft.!

I'll need to find who owns the building first.

Long live the HPS and SOX!

If the building owner doesn’t want those, they would be cool to take! Did they get damaged when the pole fell down?

I’ve always been interested in all kinds of lighting, mainly incandescent and HID, and especially all kinds of sodium lamps (HPS/LPS). I’ll tolerate LED but I’m not a fan of it. I’m not proud to say that my city has Devolved to LED.

The pole was not fully knocked down it is just leaning over enough that I can reach them.

Hopefully you can also get the ballasts. And also photocells if they have them, but floods like this might be manually switched.

These probably originally used 400w R-60 floods like this : https://www.lighting-gallery.net/gallery/displayimage.php?album=5200&pos=54&pid=159440
Maybe, now they just have regular coated bulbs.

That would be cool if they still used R40 flood bulbs.

Always ask the owner...who knows he may say yes, get it in writing you do not want to be challenged when getting them...good luck
