My guess MV or greened out MH (both use mercury...). The color could be even some LED, but tye bowl does not match that. Unless it is some retrofit...
Better would be to show the illuminated scene...

Looks MV to me, but there also are green colored (not degradated) MH bulbs, but are rarw to find, maybe it was retrofited, and the LED phosphores degraded.
