If it's an American lamp, it can't both be Philips and from 1963.  Due to Philco's trademark, Philips was unable to use their own name in the United States prior to 1981, which was the reason they original operated here under Norelco.

It'd think it'd have to be made after 1985 or 1986.  Prior to that it'd be Norelco, Westinghouse, or Philips-Westinghouse.

What's the date code (for example: A3, 6F, G4, etc.)?
I do not have the actual lamp yet. It is on its way to my house.

Ah, that'd explain it.  I'm not sure if Philips was still using the Westinghouse Lifeguard arc tubes at that point.  Nevertheless, it should be a decent lamp.
