Does anyone have any opinions on the Nanoleaf light? I am really wanting to get one.

To be honest, this creation feels to me less trustworthy than the (today common) filament designs.
The LEDs look like they are tied to the PCB just by their connection leads, but not by their thermal pad (underneath the LED). So even when they apparently dissipate just about 300mW per LED (and this formats uses to be 1W rated, but assuming proper heat sink connection), I doubt the operating temperature would be that low.
Plus it seems to be held together just by small contact points of the PCB - something that will start falling apart after a few thermal (so power) cycles.
