I have finally found the date code...I think. The capacitor says 66-36, I’m guessing it means the 36th week in 1966. Which was September 5 - September 11, is that right?

Yeah I believe the older GE capacitors were dated like that.

Look closely on the sides of your ballast as Line Material/ McGraw Edison liked to stamp the ballast info and date in yellow or white ink .
