Have any European members illuminated 2 American 120v incandescent lamps in series on a 240v 50hz supply?

I haven't done that yet, as I don't have 120v bulbs. I ran two 220v bulbs in series and they glow 4 times dimmer. Really there's nothing interesting about it, because the incandescent bulbs, heater or any resistive load will have the same voltage. The bulb will glow a tiny bit brighter on 50Hz, because the resistor have more time to follow the signal.

这里中国人,中国的供电是欧洲标准220V 50Hz,所以我尝试过用两个120V灯泡串联接入220V电源正常发光。
