Does anyone recognize these old highbays? « on: December 13, 2025, 06:28:15 AM » Author: Laurens
At an antique store there's a bunch of old and very old highbay fixtures. Does anyone know what brand/model/year these are, and which lamps they would've probably been fitted with?

They are up high on a shelf so i cannot just ask the staff for all the details.

I wish I could. The one on the bottom left that's pointed outwards kind of looks like one of those work floodlights, although I think it's the same kind as the ones next to it. I also can't tell the size of the socket. The ones on the left middle row and the center right bottom row are likely from the 1940s or 50s, and probably used high wattage (100W+) incandescent bulbs. My family has some similar fixtures from around the same time or a little older that I'm pretty sure had 300W or 500W bulbs.
