Most agencies in Louisiana are broke/corrupt. Could also be the interchange was slated for re-construction that didn’t happen. I’m surprised New Orleans itself was able to convert to LED when they did using Cooper, their traffic signal division is a whole other story.

I've discovered a small installation of SRXs on the Creech Air Force Base in Nevada. See here. There are a bunch of shoeboxes adjacent to the SRXs which look like they could also be LPS. They were still there and working as of September 2025 when I drove by at night on my way down to Phoenix for college.
