I'm back..!!  ;D

Still in hospital at the moment, but should be getting out tomorrow, all being well. It was incredibly hard being apart from Sammi overnight, but it couldn't be avoided, unfortunately  :'(

For those interested in the gory details, not much to report, really. I woke up on Tuesday morning with pain in my chest which didn't want to go away, so it was a case of calling the paramedics, who did arrive very fast, less than 10 minutes. Then it was on blues and twos to the hospital about two miles away. The next thing I know is I'm in a room which felt like a fridge, it was that cold..! They told me it was to keep all the X-Ray machines cool, there were a lot of them as well..!

They then threaded a tube up an artery in my wrist until it got to the blockage in the coronary artery, then placed a stent there to keep the blood flow going. So far it's been ok, I've been feeling a bit nauseous, which they tell me is normal, but the main thing is there is no more pain and it's home tomorrow, with an awful lot more pills to take  :poof:

So, there you have it, a day in the life of your favourite admin  ;D

Take care,

Ria & Sammi  :-*

I thought the admin panel had been rather unusually quiet the last 2 days.

Ria has had a heart attack and was rushed to hospital where they fitted a stent.  :(

She is recovering, but doesn't have any means of communicating with the outside world, I've had to leave her overnight, but will be back tomorrow.

So you've got the next twelve hours before Rommie gets back on shift.  :mrg:
get better ria!! I hope you have a speedy recovery.

Now that she's on the road to recovery, we've got to look at the lighter side of things.  :mrg:
