There's no terminal block combined with the socket...RMA's have that.

Ahh yeah, looks like the leads are connected using those crimp wirenuts to save costs. I have a Landmark NEMA head that's like that too. Even came with a short 6" arm.

The one that the seller claims is used, actually in also NOS. Look closely at the pictures of the ballast and the clear-white crimp connectors...the ballast would be rusty, and the connectors would be yellow and brittle...I think this is a case of CYA...or the pictures are incorrect.
