The one that the seller claims is used, actually in also NOS. Look closely at the pictures of the ballast and the clear-white crimp connectors...the ballast would be rusty, and the connectors would be yellow and brittle...I think this is a case of CYA...or the pictures are incorrect.

With shipping, it was $210 cheaper...who wouldn't? (Sorry Ryan!) Some years ago, someone was selling two of these NOS...they sold quickly.
