I picked up the F21T5/840 lamp from Philips January 9, 1993.

Many times, especially many years ago getting fluorescent tubes from the dumpsters behind stores.

Oh yeah :) I used to find some of these old bulbs in the trash.  Here is an example I found in the trash in Des Plaines, IL, USA many years ago posted at General Electric Blue.
