Poor quality lamps in my collection are prohibited. Most of them have been used for my destructive experiments and ballast tests.

Oh yeah I used to find some of these old bulbs in the trash.  Here is an example I found in the trash in Des Plaines, IL, USA many years ago posted at General Electric Blue.
