I actually lived in Charlestown for a couple years. I like how they said that HID fixtures aren't being made anymore, but that doesn't mean that you can't maintain them! How about only installing LEDs when the HID fixtures are damaged??

HID Fixtures should stay HID!

There's only one problem with that...  It's a sensible idea.  I'd rather have no lights than those things.
