I've noticed that CMH lamps have wider thallium line than QMH lamps except green MH lamps.

Because the thallium vapour pressure is higher, as are all other elements.  Ceramic metal halide lamps typically have a cold spot temperature about 200K hotter than quartz equivalents.

Are you sure you are equipped to measure this reliably and not getting the camera saturated instead?

And if there is no advantage of wider thallium green line in CMH lamps, the thallium dose can be reduced.
