That's been on there for months. It's gone through countless relists, and the seller has never changed the $100 price. It was discussed here back in September. I wish them luck in selling it; they'll need it for that price.  ::)

I saw it as well. A hundred dollars is way too much you would think to lower the price if it did not sell but no the seller really thinks it is worth it. And the buy it now for $450.00 price is ridiculous.

There is also an OLD 15 watt desk lamp with the original GE Mazda  lamp and it's around $224 and has been up there for at least a year or more.

I think is the reason why some they do put high because ebay co. charges seller too much and even it states free shipping. So the seller don't get profit $100 exactly, much less.

That doesn't justify the price. Shipping would be less than $20 throughout the US, and eBay takes 10%, regardless of what you list it for.

It is still listed for a hundred dollars. So he thinks it's worth it but it is way too much so it sits unsold on eBay for months go figure.

I always start things I sell on eBay at a price slightly higher than I think it's worth (I always find the most expensive example of a similar item that sold, and use that as a benchmark), but I systematically lower the price every few weeks if it doesn't sell. What this guy's doing is Einstein's definition of insanity.

He oughtta list it with a Best Offer option. Then once he gets a load of much lower offers from us and other people, it might get it through his head that he isn't going to get what he wants for it. Then again, once in a while there's that guy who will pay that much for something like that.  :P
