Thats one good thing about GU10 LEDS that they reduce heat buildup, perfect for places/materials where there is a fire risk.
LEDS are best in cold applications such as fridges/freezers (where I often see dim flickering fluoresants that are non HO). One time recently I went to the local Waitress store in Reading and what I saw looked to be a Philips Master LED gone EOLED, but it turned out that the LED half was facing upwards rather than downwards
