It's a lot brighter than our 400W clear MV lamp... 
It was difficult for me to do any work on the computer with the light coming off it.

Yeah I have a 400w HPS streetlight and it gets really bright with it on. I can't wait until I find a cheap 1000w HPS ballast so I can light that up too.

And they look very nice. 

We'd love to get some bubble lamps like these, we have some UK made ones, but they're not made any more, sadly 

We were looking through our 'haul' for something else and found this little beauty, so it's our 'Lamp of the Day' 

I smashed a couple of glass EOLED tubes into pieces. 

Went to menards and got a feit og incandescent lamp and some c7 blue lamps for cheap. No bubble lights though.

(well this was yesterday but im a bit of a night owl and im sure no one cares! )

Heh, I actually have a piece of glass from a welding mask that I use for when I want to get a close up look at the arc without blinding myself from the light. If I had a welder, I would probably get the whole outfit. 

Retrofitted my family’s artificial Christmas tree with LED lights.

Picked up a $5 Lithonia halogen flood from Restore. Interesting it came with both a 300w and 500w lamp. Anyway my plan is it hook it up to a outboard ballast and see if I can run my double ended 150w CMH lamps in it.

We wound up our Atlas 2000W GLS lamp slowly on our Variac 

Yesterday, fixed a set of lights that wasn't working. The day before, fixed 3 sets...

Went out and bought a 35w HPS ballast and a enclosure to install it in.
