... yeah... I would think he would get in A LOT of trouble... as in getting fired for it.
Of course it's an awesome move, as I also am not a fan of LED, but... that honestly
was a very very bad move on his part if this really happened.
Not a chance, the worker is protected by a very effective union, they would have to commit a pretty serious offence before the employer could do anything, like driving a city owned truck though a building, really as much as people might dislike unions they are great to work for, and if you can get a job there, take it you'll also make more money, have better vacations and paid sick time, medical and dental benefits, a pension, and it will only be a matter of time until the pink tape goes back up on the poles, and nothing will be said....
