Hi guys I feel I should apologies for my absence from here for so  long the truth is I've been in and out of hospital with something called a heart arythmia this means the top of my heart was just quivering and not working properly while the lower part was severely strained trying to do the work of both halves  it's been corrected now hopefully this is the end of a long ongoing saga

Can I just echo what everyone else is saying, it's good that you're back, we need another girl on the board, there aren't too many of us
