One member used printable vinyl sticker sheets and customized them, which can be seen here.

I usually print of my own as well, using the labels in this PDF file I've had for quite some time.

I just print them out on sticky vinyl, or get bumper stickers made with the NEMA tag graphics on them. The PDF attached works or you can draw your own in illustrator/inkscape if you want to customize font, light source abbreviation on corner, etc.
