I'd say that's the guy from eBay .  Code enforcement is nothing to play with ! I dealt with them back in 2016. I was given 30 days to have everything cleaned up or wind up in front of a judge!!!   :police:  I know people who ignored them or just plain told them to kiss off who lost everything in the end !!! Land and all !!

Aww man. Breaks my heart. I would've loved to make multiple trips to save what I can, but I don't have any money right now really. Just the unfortunate reality.

Maybe I still can? I don't know.

That's a shame. He seems to still have the items up for sale on eBay. I might look into how much it costs to get a 90w Palomar and a extra 90w ballast. Kind of wanted one and it'd be shame to see them go to waste.

Maybe some of the other members that are local might be able to save some of the lights too.

Nooo!! Are these the ones from Escondido?

I do really feel bad that he's having to get rid of them all. I really wanted a Palomar, too. Sucks that I live almost 1K miles north.

I just sent the seller a message regarding a combined shipping quote for one 90w Palomar and a extra 90w ballast as a spare. The higher wattage ones look cool but I have a 90w lamp and not any higher wattage lamps and the 90w already costs an arm an a leg to ship across the continent.

I'm gonna bite the bullet and send a low offer to finally try get one of these before they are gone forever.
I don't even need to get a lamp for it yet, I just want to get the streetlight on it's own. I will probably end up converting it to 40w or 55w PL-L until I can get a SOX lamp.

If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say it
HID Fixtures should stay HID, but I think LED is fine too.

I just bought one of the 90 watters. I already have a brand new lamp but no 90w ballast or fixture so it was perfect. Been considering one for a while and this might the only chance I have at getting one.

Asking price is at least $50 on eBay, but I’m sure you can negotiate.
Make sure to be reasonable, since eBay is taking a lot in fees.
One was selling for $10.
