I certainly have. Grays Harbor PUD out on the Pacific coast of Washington still has a bunch of them.

Off-topic, but I must warn anybody who's tempted by the download buttons on documents uploaded to Scribd. Apparently, according to a bunch of reviews on Trustpilot, downloading is essentially locked behind an uncancelable subscription. In other words, you can't download them if you don't pay.

@ScienceGuy722 — there are plenty of Scribd downloaders out there. All of which scrape the original PDF document from Scribd's servers. You have to be completely taken in by the system of 'ask no questions and do as you're told' to not seek out (or develop your own!) free alternative to supporting the mega corporation.
