I certainly have. Grays Harbor PUD out on the Pacific coast of Washington still has a bunch of them.

@Baked bagel 11 - Those are actually on public property, one on a street (gone now), and the other pair at a city park (I believe still there).

I have seen them, as mentioned. I believe the city of Chino, Calif. still has a few hanging around.

Yep, and they were even more prevalent when was I was a teenager in the 80's.
